How the process works

Step One 📝
Submit your application. Once Submitted, you'll be prompted to become a member to move forward.(REQUIRED)
You will receive an email. Follow the instructions and like and follow us on Facebook. We will review your information and reach out with the next steps.

Step Two 💻
Register on the Platform complete your PC check and assessment. This confirms that your equipment is compatible and ready for remote customer service work.

Step Three 🔍
Choose the client you want to service. After you select your client you will complete you background check to move forward.
(Background fee is $30 refunded after certification)

Step Four 🎓
You will be enrolled into certification for your chosen client. Each client has its own training process and you will complete a separate assessment during certification.

Step Five ⏰
Once you successfully complete certification you can begin taking live calls. You will pick your own hours enjoy a flexible schedule earning from home.
