At this time, TeleHeir Superiority, LLC only contracts with independent contractors located within the United States, with the exception of those located in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

Do I need prior experience to work with TeleHeir?

While prior experience in customer service or similar fields is helpful, it’s not always required. We provide training and resources to help you succeed.

Do I need special equipment to work from home?

Yes, you’ll need a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace. Additional equipment requirements may vary by role.

We, as well as other independent contractors like yourself, will be with you every step of the way. You will have the freedom and flexibility many individuals simply don't have access to. You will have the ability to make your own schedule and set your own hours. You'll be able to change your schedule as needed!

Is this a real work from home job?

Yes, TeleHeir Superiority, LLC is currently partnered with a work from home platform. As an independent contractor you will gain access to available opportunities with some well known Fortune 500 companies.

Are there any benefits offered?

Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vision, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor, NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverage's needed will be the responsibility of the independent contractor. However, we partner with third-party services that offer medical and dental benefits for a small fee. These options will be discussed after the final selections in the hiring process.

Do I have to do a background check?

Yes, we require a high standard of integrity. Any individual that has been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an independent contractor.

Do I get paid for training?

No, independent contractors do not attend training. Though the platform you will complete a certification course for the client of your choosing. Once you have passed the certification course you will begin earning an income by taking calls or assisting in chats.

Do I have to pay any fees?

As an independent contractor you are responsible for any operating fees. These fees can include but are not limited to a landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service the client you choose.

How much is the pay?

The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to offer your services to. Current independent contractors are taking home income from $9.00 to $15.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much  you can make. You select the number of hours you want. The more you work, the more you earn.

Is there a starting cost?

No, unless you need to acquire any of the necessary equipment.As an independent contractor, there may be a nominal fee for background checks or specific training. All fees will be disclosed upfront.

Are taxes deducted from my pay?

No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. As an independent contractor you will receive an IRS form 1099-NEC in place of the standard W-2 for tax preparation every year.   However, we partner with third-party services that provide tax retention support for a small fee. These details will be shared after the final selections in the hiring process.
